Giselle joined Deveney Communication in February 2010 with an impressive background in Public Relations. She is a communications specialist experienced in consumer marketing, grassroots campaign marketing, media relations and word-of-mouth campaigns.
Giselle began her PR career at Weber Shandwick in Chicago, where she worked in-depth on the got milk?® Media Relations team and the Milk, Suave and Pedigree accounts. After Weber, she continued her career at Cramer-Krasselt Public Relations (CKPR) Chicago to develop and execute PR campaigns for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) consumer products, Old Spice High Endurance Body Wash, Kohl’s Retail Store, AirTran Airways, Fleming’s Steakhouse and the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities.
Giselle also worked for Leo Burnett and Arc Worldwide North America, where she promoted the agency's advertising campaigns for blue chips clients including Allstate, GMC, Hallmark, Kellogg’s, McDonald’s, Nintendo and Samsung; thought leadership and senior executive team. Most recently, she was the PR and Marketing Manager for Market Restaurant and Sports Bar Chicago, where she was responsible for creating, executing and managing marketing, public relations and social media strategies and tactics. A media relations expert, she has garnered over 100 million media impressions achieving national media placements in People magazine, Entertainment Tonight, Southern Living, CNBC, Associated Press, ESPN SportsCenter, New York Times, USA Today, Ad Age and Chicago media.
A Louisiana native, Giselle fit right in with Deveney Communication. Currently, she works with a variety of clients, including Terrebonne General Medical Center, Touro Infirmary, Peoples Health, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Mitchell’s Fish Market.
